We carefully prepare and pack each order before it leaves our warehouse. Order processing usually takes 24-48 hours. Orders placed after Friday cut-off time or during weekends are processed on the following Monday.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Where applicable, all import duties and taxes are fully covered by Rimoka. You will never be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery, ensuring fast customs clearance and a seamless shopping experience.

Please do not refuse delivery. Unclaimed or refused deliveries incur both the original delivery cost and the return shipping fee. Any refund issued will be minus these combined costs.
