Our Returns Policy
You can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. Depending on your preference, we offer:
- Refunds to your original payment method.
- Store credit to place another order.
- Exchanges for the same product or another product (subject to availability).
Conditions for Returns
All returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Original condition: Items must not be used, applied with glue or sticker tabs, and in the condition they were received.
- Contents and packaging: All original contents must be included, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
- No marks or stains: Items must be free from glue, makeup, deodorant, or grease.
Return Process
Returning your items is simple and stress-free! While return shipping costs are covered by the customer, we’ve made the process quick and easy.
Exchanges are available for the same product or a different product, with the price adjusted for any difference. We the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria. If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to the customer, and any shipping costs incurred will not be covered.
