Our return and exchange process is designed to be straightforward, transparent, and customer-focused for all eligible items. Please review the terms and conditions below to ensure a smooth return experience.
Our returns policy
You can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Depending on your preference, we offer:
- Refunds to your original payment method
- Store credit to place another order
- Exchanges for the same product or another product (subject to availability)
Conditions for returns
All returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Original condition: Nails must be unused and never applied with glue or adhesive tabs, and all kit items (glue, prep pads, and adhesive tabs) must be unopened, unused, and returned in the same condition as received
- No marks or residue: Nails and accessories must be free from glue, adhesive tab residue, nail polish, oils, makeup, or any other visible residue
- Contents and packaging: All original contents must be included, and the item must be returned in its original packaging
Return process
Returning your items is simple and stress-free! While return shipping costs are covered by the customer, we’ve made the process quick and easy.
Exchanges are available for the same product or a different product, with the price adjusted for any difference. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria. If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to the customer, and any shipping costs incurred will not be covered.
Please do not return items to the address on the shipping label (waybill). This is not our designated return location. Any parcels sent there will not be routed back to us, and refunds cannot be issued. Returns must always be shipped to our authorized warehouse address, which we will provide once your return is approved.

- Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we’ll process your refund, issue store credit, or arrange the exchange. Refunds exclude initial shipping fees.
